App number 2 two is POCKET; For (Web, Chrome, Android, iOS and Mac)

To save anything online for later,

Are you tired of bookmarking and can’t find your bookmarks when you need them most? Well, Pocket is a great tool.
Pocket

I have been using this tool for a little over a year and it has served me well.

The pocket was previously known as Read It Later is an application and web service for managing a reading list of articles from the Internet.

So put essential sites in the favorites menu, or let your browser decide and show the sites you visit most.
Then add the rest to “Pocket” It’s a to-do list for websites, a place to save the articles you want to read and videos you want to watch.

Tap the Pocket button in your browser to file something away. Then when you have time, you’ll always have something to read or watch without searching or bookmarking.

Pocket Price: Free for core features per month; Premium version is available with a lot more features.

Apps number 3 is HubSpot,

HubSpot is a developer and marketer of software products for inbound marketing and sales.
It was founded by Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah in 2006

Hubspot

HubSpot is software that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers. It also has an extension.

HubSpot is a cloud-based software platform that helps businesses launch and control their marketing efforts, manage their sales processes, and support the ongoing needs of their customer base.

I have been using it for the past month and it seems cool to try out for growing business.
It’s an all-in-one system that provides medium-sized businesses with the data they need to make strategic decisions in their marketing, sales, and customer service processes that are in the best interest of the company’s growth goals and objectives.

Apps number 4 four is Google Drive for (Web, Android, iOS, Windows, Mac)

To sync files and OCR scanned documents.
You need somewhere to store all your files and make sure they’re everywhere you need them.

“Google drive” is one of the best options especially if you rely on web apps for work.

Google drive has been my go-to place in a time of storage space and safety.

The sad part is that a lot of people don’t know is free and it does a lot.

It’s integrated with many of the most popular web apps so you can open diagrams, Chart or sign documents in DocuSign directly from Google Drive, for example.

And it comes with Google’s own G Suite apps with Docs, Sheets, and Slides to handle your office needs.
The important thing is that it’s great at managing files. Drag-and-drop files between folders, open your most recently viewed files in a click, and search through all of your files and Google Docs documents together.
It works great with teams, with shared folders and Team Drives for collaborative files sharing.
It can also recognize text in scanned PDF documents and images with its included OCR tool so you can search through their text or edit it in Google Docs.
Google Drive Price: Free for 15GB storage; from $1.99/month you can get 100GB extra space. Check up their review to learn more.

App number five 5 is this unique application;

 Productivity InFocus.

I have been using this app for at least 6th months. With easy access and a reminder that keep you focus.

The app is so cool and will be your buddy looking out for you when you get off task.

The good thing about it is that it has an extension that can be found among chrome extensions.

Helps to solve procrastination by sending you reminders when you’re off task.

General Functionalities:

1. Reminds and alerts users when they’re off task.

2.Blocks out thumbnails/clickbait along with preventing seamless youtube video streaming and facebook news feed scroll.

3.Scrapes Youtube and Facebook to hide comments on both platforms and videos on youtube based on categories.

4. Provides inspirational quotes from the blocking of information.

5. Provides analytics data visualization based on user activity via Chrome. storage API and Chart.js API
